| We are going to be doing
walk-in PHA appointments & Shots on Wednesday, Thursdays & Friday.
We will be open from 0800-1100 those 3 days. |
| Anyone scheduled for
this weekend can come over during those 3 days as a walk-in or at
their regularly scheduled appointment time during the weekend.

| We will be doing
training during the days/times outside those hours and will not be
able to offer any PHAs or shots. |
| I have also attached a
roster of folks with February Birthdays who can come over this week.

| There is a column
stating whether or not they need a Comp or Non Comp PHA. |
