listing (by name) of people who do not have vPC-GR accounts. Attached
is the current listing as of 2 Jul 08. Please try to have your members
get this accomplished as soon as possible. Since it's drill weekend
your traditionals will be readily available to get it accomplished.
The vPC-GR accounts are becoming a vital part of our day to day
operations for personal issues concerning your own career. Thank you
